The weather outside is frightful and one would expect that a home engineered and built for an Ottawa winter would be... well... capable of withstanding the weather conditions of an Ottawa winter! Conditions very familiar to Ottawa such as snow, rain and freezing rain.

Another call to Minto MasterCare, another site visit. We understand that the weather is terrible, and that there is likely nothing to be done until the spring when proper access to the roof can be obtained. We await their response... and wait... and email them and call them... and wait...
